Is everything made to order?

Yes. Nothing is held in stock. Each piece is built after your order is confirmed, which is what lets you choose the size, wood, finish and fabric.

How long will my piece take?

Islamabad and Rawalpindi: 15 to 20 working days from confirmation. Other cities in Pakistan: 20 to 25 working days. International orders are agreed before you order. Large cabinetry can take longer, and we will say so upfront.

Can you make something that is not on the site?

Often, yes, and a good share of our orders start from a customer's photo rather than our catalogue. Send us the reference, the dimensions of your space and how many you need, and we will quote it.

What can I change on a piece you already make?

Size, fabric, colour, finish and base. The price moves with the changes, and we will tell you how before you commit.

What wood do you use?

Sheesham, also called Indian Rosewood, is our main hardwood. We also work in walnut, acacia and kail wood. Where the budget matters more than solid timber we offer 18 mm moisture-resistant MDF with a PU paint finish, usually on consoles and cabinet interiors. We will always tell you which one a quote is for.

Can I see fabrics before I decide?

Yes. Samples are at our office in I-8, or our team can bring them to your home in Islamabad or Rawalpindi so you can see them in your own light. There is no charge for this.

Can I visit?

Office 13, 2nd Floor, Rehmat Centre, I-8 Markaz, Islamabad, by appointment. Message us a day ahead so the right samples are ready for you.

Do you deliver outside Islamabad?

Yes, across Pakistan. Charges depend on the destination and are confirmed with your quote. For orders outside Pakistan, talk to us before ordering.

How do I pay?

An advance by bank transfer confirms the order, and the balance is paid on or before delivery. You can also order directly through the site using the Buy It Now button. Details are on our Delivery and Payment page.

Will you assemble it?

Our own team delivers and installs where installation is needed. Mirrors are mounted for you.
