Delivery times
Every piece is made after you order it, so the timeline starts from the day your order is confirmed.
- Islamabad and Rawalpindi: 15 to 20 working days
- Other cities in Pakistan: 20 to 25 working days
- International: discussed case by case before you order
Large cabinetry and heavily customised pieces can take longer. We will tell you the timeline for your specific piece before you confirm, not after.
How delivery works
Our own team delivers from the workshop and installs the piece where installation is needed. Mirrors are mounted for you.
We will call ahead on the day and ask for a contact number at the address. The arrival time on the day is approximate. In heavy rain we reschedule rather than risk the piece.
Delivery is not charged at checkout. The amount depends on where the piece is going, and we confirm it with you on WhatsApp before anything is paid.
Paying for your order
There are two ways to order, and they are paid differently.
Ordering through the site
The Buy It Now button on each product page places the order as cash on delivery. Because nothing is built until you order it, we ask for a small advance to confirm the order before production starts. We contact you on WhatsApp straight after your order to agree that amount and the delivery charge. The balance is paid in cash when we deliver and install.
Ordering through WhatsApp
For anything customised, or if you would rather pay by bank transfer, message us instead. We prepare an invoice once the design, size, material and fabric are settled. An advance by bank transfer confirms the order, and production starts once we have your payment screenshot. The balance is paid by bank transfer on or before delivery.
Either way, nothing is cut until you have the final measurements and fabric confirmation in writing and have approved them.
